CPR provisions take effect

CPR (EU) 2024/3110 now applies, introducing mandatory GWP declarations, the new Declaration of Performance and Conformity (DoPC), and updated CE marking rules for construction products.

July 2026

EU DPP Registry goes live (ESPR)

The EU's central Digital Product Passport Registry must be live by July 19, 2026, under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation — not CPR. It launches with batteries and expands to construction products over time. Windows and doors get their own DPP timeline through CPR, tied to when harmonised standards are published, not this date.

2027–2029

Windows and doors harmonized standards

CEN/TC 33 publishes harmonised standards for windows and doors under CPR 2024/3110. Once published, CE marking and the Declaration of Performance and Conformity become mandatory. The EU is still finalising the delegated act that sets up the Construction Digital Product Passport system — once that's in force, manufacturers get an 18-month window to comply.

What production files does Wabric generate from a configuration?+

Wabric generates the bill of materials automatically. CAD/BIM export — your choice of DXF, IFC, Revit, or STEP — is available on the Pro plan.

Does Wabric support both B2C and B2B sales for windows and doors?+
